We living on planet Earth are not the only living entities of this Universe. There are trillions of others. I would also like to redefine the idea of a living thing. Our Universe is itself a living entity. All the galaxies, nebulae, stars, black holes and planets are all living entities. They are created, they evolve and then they die. They have a purpose, they fulfil that purpose and then give way to new entities. Just like us. I choose to depict these entities as breathing, powerful, living things, shaping the cosmos, shaping our destinies. I choose to express their power and grandeur with the fragility and delicate qualities of paper. Paper can burn. Stars can also burn. It is one and the same thing.
